Can't complete Reindeer Quest
Hey everyone. I have completed the first part of the Save the Reindeer quest, but I cannot get to the Mehtani Keys because a portal along the way is blocked off, namely the portal to some Harbor. Is there a way I can get past this? Thanks for any help.

If you're Elonian, then you have to have done the first mission (Jokanur Diggings), I believe.
If you're Canthan or Tyrain, the portals will be open already as a courtesy to foreigners  .
